at nineteen & co., we are two busy mommas, both working other jobs, please know that we are trying to balance this new home, work & small business life as best as we can.

our store hours are every Monday and Thursday from 4:00pm- 6:00p, and then one Saturday a month. this times will be the designated time for in-store pick ups. we try to ship no later than 3 days after your purchase. days may change as we learn what works best for everybody. and we will update our socials when we add or change store hours.

our goal is to be as quick & efficient as possible, so you can shop with us knowing that you will have your products in hand in a very timely manner.

once your order is received and filled, you will receive an text or email letting you know your order isr ready for pick up. know that you can come pick up every Monday and Thurdsay from 4-6 even if you haven't received a message from ys us yet. feel free to message us about other pick up options if you are out and about-we will be flexible and work with you as much as possible

our plan is to stick to 3-4 day shipping, sending orders out on a certain day of the week. due to our flexible schedules, you may be happily surprised with your package arriving before then.
